This Christmas, I’m bringing back our Christmas favourite: Merry Minty Xmas but with an upgrade… Introducing some crunchiness with cocoa nibs sandwiched between 2 layers of mint dark chocolate, yay!!!

“MINTY WUNDERLAND” is made by grinding REAL mint leaves with my sustainably sourced cocoa for more than 20 hours till well combined and smooth, and aged it for an additional day for the flavours to develop further, before filtering the mint leaves out of the chocolate and tempering. The mint taste builds up gradually as it melts on your tongue and lingers on in your mouth without being overpowering, and the cooling minty sensation trickles down from your throat to your lungs… it feels AMAZING!!

In case you’re wondering… No, it doesn’t taste any bit like toothpaste because I do not (and will never) use any artificial peppermint flavourings/ essential oils unlike all the other mint chocolates available in the market :)

Did you know that mint is also a TCM herb? Mint promotes the circulation of qi (energy), improving liver and lung health. Being a yin herb, it helps to dispel inner heat, remove toxins and relieve cold. It also helps to ease rashes.
