Lovingly handmade in Singapore, this bar of dark chocolate is made by stone grinding ethically sourced cocoa from the Philippines, cocoa butter and low GI organic coconut sugar for 30 hours before stirring in organic Ceylon cinnamon that helps control blood sugar level and pink Himalayan salt that contains 84 minerals. It’s hard to believe but this bar of creamy and silky smooth dark chocolate is dairy-free and contains only 5 ingredients. Nothing like the typical 80% confectionery dark chocolate, it is savoury and bears subtle hints of red fruits and wine. Perfect to eat it alone, as beverage pairings or use it as a chocolate spread (recipe here).
