Lovingly handmade in Singapore, this bar of dark chocolate is made by stone grinding ethically sourced cocoa from the Philippines, cocoa butter and low GI organic coconut sugar for 30 hours before stirring in organic Ceylon cinnamon that helps control blood sugar level, pink Himalayan salt and finishing with a generous amount of cocoa nibs that are high in antioxidants.

Made with just 5 ingredients, it is perfect to eat it alone, as beverage pairings or use it as a chocolate spread (recipe here).
