Lovingly handmade in Singapore, this bar of dark chocolate is made by stone grinding ethically sourced cocoa from the Philippines, cocoa butter and low GI organic coconut sugar for 30 hours before stirring in organic Ceylon cinnamon that helps control blood sugar level and pink Himalayan salt, and topped with red dates and goji berries.
