Who says chocolate cookies can’t be healthy and guilt-free? Here at Happy Cioccolato, we make your guilt-free snacking dream come true! Our chockies (creatively named by a follower who won our cookie naming contest. IG post here) are a “cross breed” between Subway cookies and the famous NYC Levain Bakery cookies - they are crispy on the edges but soft, fudgey, chewy and melty in the centre mmm yummy! They’re so tasty; no one could believe that they’re made with healthy, whole food ingredients with no eggs, flour, butter and refined sugar!

Our cookies are high in fibre, omega 3 fatty acids, antioxidants and magnesium and low in GI all thanks to its nutritious ingredients: Gluten Free Oats, Organic Coconut Sugar, Chia Seeds, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Pink Himalayan Salt and our “CLASSICO” 80% dark chocolate which we grind from scratch for more than 30hours :)

Did we also mention that each box of 6 cookies (approx 300g in total) contains more than 2 bars of our “CLASSICO” dark chocolate? YES that’s right! Each cookie is LOADED generously with lotsa choco!

Regarding sustainability and caring for our environment:
We decided to use these plastic boxes because they can be washed and reused, microwave friendly, lightweight, stackable and easy to store in cabinet. You could read more from this IG post :)
