Well-known for its amazinggg health benefits as a superfood, a generous amount of premium matcha from Uji, Kyoto is included in this bar of dark chocolate that is lovingly handmade in Singapore by stone grinding sustainably sourced cocoa from West Africa, cocoa butter and low GI organic coconut sugar for 30 hours, before stirring in organic Ceylon cinnamon that helps control blood sugar level and pink Himalayan salt.

Depending on individual's palate, our Uji Matcha dark chocolate might be a little bitter for some but perfect if you’re a big matcha fan or a believer that bitter foods are good for health. Perfect to eat it alone, pair it with tea or use it as a chocolate spread (recipe here).
