Lovingly handmade in Singapore, this bar of dark chocolate is made by stone grinding ethically sourced cocoa from the Philippines, cocoa butter and low GI organic coconut sugar for 30 hours. Nothing like the typical 80% confectionery dark chocolate, its taste bears subtle hints of red fruits, berries and wine. If you like your coffee without sugar, you’ll love this!

Perfect to eat it alone, as beverage pairings, use it as a chocolate spread (recipe here) or bake with it!
